Also, Honouring Our Future curator Lisa Dewhurst shares the inspiration behind her latest exhibit, Teslin Tlingit innovator Blair Hogan talks about the upside of virtual gatherings, and Albert Drapeau, Executive Director the Yukon First Nation Chamber of Commerce is in the studio to talk about the Arctic Inspiration Prize and the upcoming Arctic Indigenous Investment Conference. Grand Chief also welcomes Council of Yukon First Nations Executive Director Shadelle Chambers for an update on all things CYFN.

Launching Canada's northernmost university in September was epic, and Dr. Matear says what's even more impressive is how students and staff keep meeting the challenge of a global pandemic.

This collection celebrates the achievements of Yukon's future leaders while also paying tribute to the moms, aunties and families who helped them shine along the way.

Hogan believes this new approach to safe gathering is bringing some communities closer together and is boosting participation and new opportunities for Yukon First Nations.

This year's event, Investing in an Innovation Economy: Leading From the Arctic, will coincide with the 9th Annual Arctic Inspiration Prize Awards Ceremony, a $3 Million celebration of northern innovation held on the final day of this year's conference.
