Council of Yukon First Nations Grand Chief Peter Johnston delivers another rock solid lineup of politics and culture, featuring an in-depth one-on-one with outgoing Assembly of First Nations National Chief Perry Bellegarde; a post-election connection with Yukon NDP Leader Kate White; a "hot pink moose" introspective with Little Salmon Carmacks artist and Yukon U instructor Lianne Charlie; a wonderful exploration of Tlingit culture with University of Calgary student Chantai Minet; and an update on the 2021 Adaka Cultural Festival, with event Producer Katie Johnson.
Part I: National Chief: Keep Working Together
Grand Chief Peter Johnston welcomes Assembly of First Nations (AFN) National Chief Perry Bellegarde to talk about the relationship with Ottawa, the upcoming AFN elections, housing, COVID-19, the economy, health care, justice, education and his future plans after 34 years of service. National Chief's outgoing message to First Nations and Canadians: "Keep working together. We're all connected, we're all family, we're all related – and we have to get along if we're going to build a better country and a better world together."

Part III: Lianne Charlie and the Art of Governance
Grand Chief Peter Johnston welcomes Lianne Charlie to the studio to talk Land Claims, Indigenous governance and the power of a hot pink moose. Leanne is a Wolf Clan member of Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation and an Indigenous Governance instructor at Yukon University. As she prepares for an exciting new adventure, Charlie reflects on her experiences in Yukon and Hawaii and is proud to shine a bright light on Yukon U's Indigenous Governance degree.

Part IV: Chantai Minet's "What it is to be Tlingit"
Grand Chief Peter Johnston welcomes Chantai Minet to the show to talk art, research, culture and life. Minet is a proud Teslin Tlingit Council student finishing up her thesis at the University of Calgary, exploring “What it is to be Tlingit.” Minet introduces the inspirational projects in her life and pays tribute to the knowledge keepers who continue to inspire her research and her journey.

Part V: Adäka Cultural Festival Update
Grand Chief Peter Johnston is joined by Katie Johnson, co-founder of the Adäka Cultural Festival, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Last year’s decision to postpone the festival was difficult, but Johnson talks about how the event is back on track and how new initiatives over the past year have helped modernize the promotion and sale of art across Yukon and beyond.
